    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    A dedicated professional in multifamily and property management since 2014, managing a variety of properties including lease-ups, value-add, and affordable housing. With over 10 years of experience in key leadership roles—such as Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Manager—she has worked with several property management companies in Denver and Fort Collins.

    Now on the vendor side, Nancy specializes in Plumbing, HVAC, and Pool/Spa services for property management companies. Her deep understanding of operational challenges helps her provide tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and value.

  • Matt Berry

    PROCUREMENT MANAGER

    A Colorado native and proud CSU graduate, Matt brings over 17 years of experience in sales and procurement within the plumbing industry. His career has spanned roles in both the greater Los Angeles area and Denver, CO. Matt's expertise includes positions as counter sales manager, commercial plumbing inside sales, and radiant heating system design & sales. Currently, he serves as the procurement manager at Breakthrough Service and Breakthrough MEP, where his knowledge and experience ensure the efficient acquisition of materials needed for plumbing, HVAC, and pool/spa services.

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    As the Field Operations Manager at Breakthrough Service and Breakthrough MEP, David Kelly oversees both the commercial and service divisions of the company. With over a decade of hands-on experience in plumbing and construction, David has been instrumental in managing complex projects across various sectors, including hospitals, schools, industrial warehouses, and both single and multi-family residences.

    David is known for his commitment to maintaining high standards, ensuring that every project is completed with precision and quality. He values patience and perseverance, understanding that while many want things done right the first time, few have the dedication to see the most challenging undertakings through to completion.

    Passionate about innovation, David is focused on leveraging both new and traditional technologies to improve workplace safety and reduce physical strain for his team.

    Dustin Tarver brings over 20 years of expertise in HVAC, Dustin Tarver is a seasoned professional specializing in both commercial and residential systems.     Dustin's technical proficiency includes working on a wide range of complex HVAC systems, such as boilers, chillers, rooftop units, pumps, cooling towers, VRF systems, and mini-splits.     Benjamin Perez is a seasoned Service Superintendent with over 5 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry. Throughout his career, Ben has held various roles that involved working across a diverse range of sectors, including multi-family properties, restaurants, hotels, and commercial processing plants. His expertise spans both the residential and commercial landscapes, giving him a well-rounded approach to service management and technical problem-solving.

    In addition to his industry experience, Ben is also an active member of the Army Reserve, where he serves as a mechanic, honing his technical and mechanical skills. He brings the same level of discipline and precision to his civilian work, ensuring that all systems he oversees are functioning efficiently and effectively. Ben also holds a Universal EPA license, further demonstrating his commitment to staying current with industry standards and best practices.
